FAQ

The five questions we hear most often.

Plain answers, in our voice, to the objections that come up before almost every engagement. If yours is not here, write to us and we will answer it the same way.

Why does an AI engagement cost what it costs?

Pricing depends on scope, but every engagement begins with a paid discovery conversation so the numbers are real before we quote a build. You leave that conversation with a written summary whether or not we ever work together again.

Are you going to replace my team?

No. The team’s name stays on the work — we design where AI removes the repetitive twenty percent so coaches, clinicians, and front-desk teammates can spend more time on the eighty percent only they can do. The handoff from AI to a human is written down before any tool goes in.

Will my team actually use what you install?

Adoption is the layer most AI projects skip and we work on it explicitly. Workflows are written down, the team is trained during their real first busy week, and we sit in to catch the questions no playbook anticipated. The ninety-day measurement plan answers whether the work is being used, not just whether it was installed.

What happens to my data and tools if we stop working together?

Everything we build sits on tools you already pay for wherever possible, and the documentation we hand over is yours — workflows, prompts, training notes, the lot. If you stop working with us, the system keeps running on the people who own it: you.

What do you do that I cannot do with ChatGPT myself?

You can — for one workflow in one corner of the business. The 4D framework, the change-management work, the staff training that survives the first busy week, and the ninety-day measurement plan are the gap between a tool the owner tried and a system the team runs. That gap is the engagement; the rest is execution.
