Question 1

Who does Fodge AI Systems work with?

Accepted Answer

The public service pages focus on appointment-based health, fitness, and wellness businesses. They cover independent dental practices, gyms and studios, spas, med spas, chiropractic practices, and physical therapy practices.

Question 2

What kinds of workflows do you work on?

Accepted Answer

The industry pages describe examples such as dental inquiry and treatment-plan follow-up, gym and studio trial-pass follow-up, spa series follow-up, med-spa consultation routing and post-treatment follow-up, chiropractic new-patient and phase-of-care follow-up, and physical-therapy intake qualification and plan-of-care follow-up. The workflow is scoped to the business and its existing process.

Question 3

What is the difference between Learn & Enable, Build & Hand Off, and Managed?

Accepted Answer

Learn & Enable is a workshop for owners and leadership teams who want a shared AI roadmap before choosing tools. Build & Hand Off is a scoped build of a workflow the business has selected, with team rehearsal and documentation at handoff. Managed is for a business that wants a workflow operated inside the business with recurring reviews against a number it already tracks.

Question 4

How is the Workflow Audit different from Implementation · Consulting?

Accepted Answer

The Workflow Audit is recurring advisory: weekly sessions can cover prompt reviews, vendor selection, team training, and a monthly outcomes review. Implementation · Consulting is the separate implementation path. Its scope and price are set after a paid discovery conversation. The services page also describes Build & Hand Off as a scoped build for a selected workflow, followed by rehearsal and documentation.

Question 5

What does the AI Workflow Starter Kit cost and include?

Accepted Answer

The AI Workflow Starter Kit is $97 one-time. The services page describes it as a self-serve download with four collections of templated workflows: AI Receptionist, AI Video Avatar, Lead Gen Automation, and Time Manager. It is an option for someone who wants to install a workflow without booking an engagement first.

Question 6

Who reviews AI-written messages before they are sent?

Accepted Answer

In the published message-workflow examples, AI drafts and a named person reviews, edits, and sends the message. Depending on the workflow, that person may be a front-desk lead, practice owner, clinician, therapist, or studio owner. The examples keep a human owner attached to each touch.

Question 7

Do the examples promise a particular result?

Accepted Answer

No. The vertical pages label their worked systems as illustrations, not engagement quotes. The metrics and time windows are specific to each page’s example and refer to a measure the business already tracks; they are not reported client results or a promised outcome.

Question 8

What is the next step if I want to explore an engagement?

Accepted Answer

Review the service paths to decide whether a workshop, scoped build, or managed workflow fits your needs. For the Workflow Audit or Implementation · Consulting, the next step is a paid discovery conversation; scope and price are determined after that conversation. The AI Workflow Starter Kit is the published self-serve option.
