About the founder
Human-led operators. AI Workflow Design that holds a name.
Andrew Fodge is an AI Systems Strategist and AI Implementation Specialist for appointment-based health, fitness, and wellness operators — practitioners who have bought the AI but not trained the team into it. The page below is the short version of why that gap matters, what human-led looks like here, and where to start when you are ready to close it.
The founder story
For twenty-five years, Andrew Fodge has sat on the operator side of appointment-based health, fitness, and wellness businesses — running the rooms, training the teams, and watching what an AI tool actually does once it lands inside a real clinic, gym, or studio. Across 4,850+ coaching sessions and the leadership work that grew out of them, the pattern is the same in every room: the gap is not the tool. The gap is the team that was never trained into the tool before the same workflow reached a real customer.
AI gets bought by appointment-based health, fitness, and wellness operators at speed — demoed on a Tuesday, integrated on a Wednesday, parked on a shared drive the following Friday. Fodge AI Systems is the rewrite of that arc: install the workflow the AI will actually run, train the team that will actually own it, measure against a number the business already watches, and put a human-review gate before any AI message reaches a real customer. AI Workflow Design, scoped and owned, not AI Workflow Design demoed and abandoned.
The work is sold on the same shape regardless of the vertical — one named owner per side, one number pinned at discovery, one chapter measured at the close. If that gap reads like the gap inside your business, the audit starts at the Workflow Audit.
What human-led actually means here
Four locks on every workflow that ships.
Not a posture. Not a tagline. Four commitments the same practitioner keeps on every install, in every vertical, before the AI sends a single line to a real customer.
- InstallWe design and install the workflow inside the stack the operator already runs — not on a vendor portal the team cannot open.
- Train the operatorWe rehearse the prompts and the touchpoints with the named owner-of-the-workflow during their first real busy week, not after launch.
- Measure against a number the business already watchesWe pin one operator number at discovery, the same number we read at the ninety-day wrap — not a new dashboard we invented on the side.
- Human-review gate before any AI sends to a real customerEvery send has a name attached. Every workflow ships with a written rehearsal behind it. No AI message reaches a customer without a human reading it first.
Want to see these four locks apply to the workflow your team is actually running? The Workflow Audit is the paid discovery conversation where they get pinned.
The practitioner
One named owner on every side of every install.
No rotating committee. No vendor portal. A single founder who designs, installs, trains, and reads the same number three months later — and a single owner-of-the- workflow on the operator's side who keeps the chapter closed.

One workflow · one number · one human-review gate · one chapter
Better Humans. Better Systems. Better Execution.
Tell us the workflow your team bought the AI for and never trained into. The Workflow Audit is the paid discovery conversation where we name the gap, pin the number, and come back with a written scope.
Book the Workflow AuditAfter the discovery conversation, you get a written scope — the workflow, the install plan, the deliverables, and the price. You can close the loop whether or not you sign on, and you can take the short-list forward without us.
